There are apartments you look at, assess the square footage, and move on. And then there are those where, already during the first viewing, you start imagining what your everyday life would look like. This penthouse is exactly that...

Located on the top floor of a small residential building with only five apartments, in a quiet part of Podsused, this spacious penthouse of 116.46 m² offers what is increasingly hard to find in one home today - plenty of space, natural light, privacy, and a sense of openness.

From the moment you enter, its spaciousness is immediately felt. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are connected into one large, comfortable space designed for everyday living, socializing, and family moments. From the living area, you step out onto a 15.22 m² terrace with an open view to the west, which is truly an extension of the apartment. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, have lunch outdoors, gather friends in the evening, or simply sit down after a hard day and enjoy your peace.

The apartment is oriented to three sides of the world, so it has plenty of natural light throughout the day and a very pleasant atmosphere. The two bedrooms are sufficiently separated from the living area so that everyone has their own peace, while the rest of the apartment remains a large, connected space for shared living.

A special value of this apartment is that it is already fully furnished and equipped. Most of the furniture is new, and many appliances are new and unused, so after purchase there is no need to spend months decorating, buying furniture, and putting everything together from scratch. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are three air conditioners, gas central heating, underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining area, smart LED lighting, an LG OLED TV with soundbar, a large refrigerator, a pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, an electric fireplace, a robot vacuum cleaner, and many other details that make everyday life simpler and more comfortable.

The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, an additional separate toilet, and a spacious entrance hall, and it also comes with its own outdoor parking space. The building was built in 2008, and the roof was additionally renovated and protected at the beginning of the year.

But what perhaps best describes this apartment is not the number of square meters or the list of equipment, but the lifestyle it offers you.

Imagine coming home after work, and instead of city noise, trams, and crowds, you are greeted by peace, fresh air, and a little more space around you. In the morning, you open the terrace door and let the sun into the living room. Children can play and have more freedom, greenery, and nature in everyday life, while in the evening you can sit on the terrace, breathe in the fresh air, and simply - slow down a little.

And the best part is that you do not have to leave Zagreb for that.

Podsused gives you exactly that beautiful balance between city life and the feeling that you have escaped the urban bustle somewhere quieter. Aleja Bologne, Samoborska cesta, Ljubljanska avenija, and the Zagreb bypass are quickly accessible, and nearby there are a school, kindergarten, health center, shops, and bus and train transport.

So the city is close when you need it, but when you return home, you feel as though you are a little farther away from its everyday crowds.

If you are looking for a home that will offer you more space, more privacy, and more peace, while still wanting to remain connected to Zagreb, this penthouse is truly worth seeing in person.

Because some properties can be assessed through photos and square footage.

And some must be felt the moment you step out onto the terrace.

Give this apartment a chance, and perhaps this very apartment will become your dream home.
